10. juulil 2020 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja SA Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla projekteerimis- ja ehituslepingu Mustamäe meditsiinilinnaku kolmanda arendusetapi rajamiseks. Lepingu raames ehitatakse Tallinnasse aadressile J. Sütiste tee 19 meditsiinilinnaku Y-korpus ning rekonstrueeritakse A- ja B-korpuste esimene ja keldrikorrus. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 33,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2023. aasta juulis. Construction contract in Estonia (third stage of medical campus in Mustamäe)
Message
On 10 July 2020, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, entered into a contract with the North Estonia Medical Centre Foundation to design and construct the third stage of Mustamäe medical campus. The contract includes construction of the Y block of the medical campus at J. Sütiste tee 19, Tallinn. Additionally, ground and basement floors of the A and B blocks will be reconstructed. The contract value is approximately EUR 33.8 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to be completed in July 2023.
