The management board of Resbud SE, seated in Tallinn informs that the date of the publication of translation to the Polish of annual report for 2019 year has been changed. The translation will be published at the earliest possible date no later than at the end of the following week. 

At the same time, the Management Board informs that it has not yet received originally signed opinion of an auditor examining the company's annual report. The auditor's opinion shall be published as soon as it is received by the issuer.

Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie, informuje o zmianie terminu przekazania tłumaczenia na język polski raportu rocznego za 2019 rok. Tłumaczenie zostanie opublikowane w najbliższym możliwym terminie nie później niż do końca następnego tygodnia. 

Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że nie otrzymał jeszcze oryginału podpisanej opinii biegłego rewidenta badającego sprawozdanie roczne spółki. Opinia audytora zostanie przekazana niezwłocznie po jej otrzymaniu przez emitenta.
