Conclusion of a cash loan.
Message
The Management Board of FON SE headquartered in Tallinn informs that on 9/06/2020 and 16/06/2020 the Company granted a loan amounting to EUR 2 200 000,00 for Damar Patro UU with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, (Ariregister number 14494537). Pursuant to the concluded agreements, the loan amount was disbursed in Polish zlotys and the conversion rate was PLN 4,40 per EUR. The loan agreement was concluded for the period till 30/06/2023. Interest on the loan was agreed as 2,5% per year. Interest installments shall be paid in six-month periods. The first interest installment shall be paid till 31/12/2020. Repayment of the loan was secured by the Borrower by issuance a blank promissory note with a declaration for the Issuer. The loan was concluded with no reservations concerning any condition or deadline. The Issuer has a right to demand an early repayment of the entire loan immediately in case of poor financial situation of the Borrower.
