Early repayment of a part of the loan cash by the Borrower
Message
The Management Board of FON SE headquartered in Tallinn, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia, entered into Estonian commercial register Ariregister under number 14617916, with regard to the current report no 15/2018 of April 24, 2018 and the current report no 30/2019 of June 27, 2019 informs that the Borrower Elkop SE headquartered in Płock (KRS number 0000782225) made today an early repayment of a part of the loan borrowed by FON Zarządzanie Nieruchomościami Sp. z o. o. from FON SE. The amount repaid on 16/06/2020 is PLN 9.170.000,00 (nine million one hundred seventy thousand zlotys). The debt balance due to described loan as at the date of its takeover, i.e. June 27, 2019 was PLN 19.994.231,10 (nineteen million nine hundred ninety four thousand two hundred thirty one zlotys ten groszy). The Loan Agreement of 24/04/2018 was concluded for the period till 24/04/2021.
