26. mail 2020 toimus Tallinnas, Eestis, Baltic Horizon Fondi osakuomanike
korraline üldkoosolek.
Koosoleku päevakord oli alljärgnev:
1. Baltic Horizon Fondi 2019.a auditeeritud majandusaasta aruande ning 2020.a I
kvartali vahearuande ülevaade;
2. Uute Baltic Horizon Fondi osakute väljaandmine aastal 2020.
Koosolekule registreerunud osakuomanikele kuulub 14 009 153 osakut, mis
esindavad 12,36 % kogu häälte arvust, mistõttu ei olnud koosolek pädev otsuseid
vastu võtma. Osakuomanikud ei saanud vastu võtta päevakorras olnud otsust.
Northern Horizon Capital AS otsustab, kas kutsuda kokku korduskoosolek sama
päevakorraga ning teavitab osakuomanikke uuest koosolekust vastavalt.

Baltic Horizon Fund Annual General Meeting
Message
Annual General Meeting of Baltic Horizon Fund investors took place on 26 May
2020 in Tallinn, Estonia.
Proposed agenda of the meeting was the following:
1. Presentation of the FY2019 annual report together with the auditor's report
of Baltic Horizon Fund, and interim report of Q1 2020;
2. Issuance of new units of Baltic Horizon Fund in 2020.
Investors representing 14,009,153 units and 12.36 % of the total votes
registered as attending and thus quorum was not reached. Investors were not able
to adopt the proposed resolution. Northern Horizon Capital AS will decide
whether a repeat meeting with the same agenda will be convened and will notify
the new meeting to the investors accordingly.
