Harju Elekter ühendab oma Rootsis tegutsevad äriühingud
Message
Eesmärgiga lihtsustada müügi- ja turundustöö koordineerimist ja Rootsi tütarettevõtete juhtimist, otsustas Harju Elekter 2020. aasta jooksul ühendada oma Rootsi tütarettevõtted SEBAB AB ja Grytek AB ühiseks Harju Elekter kontserni ettevõtteks. Harju Elekter Grupp on juhtiv kesk- ja madalpinge elektri- ja automaatikaseadmete valmistaja Baltimaades ning tuntud ja tunnustatud tootja Skandinaavia riikides. Harju Elektri põhitegevusalaks on elektrienergia jaotuseks ja ülekandeks vajalike seadmete välja töötamine, tootmine ja müük. Põhitegevust toetavad lehtmetalltoodete tehas Eestis ning tööstuskinnisvara arendamine ja rentimine. Harju Elekter Grupi Eesti, Soome, Rootsi ja Leedu tehastes töötab 800 spetsialisti ning Kontserni 2019.a müügitulu oli 143,4 miljonit eurot. Harju Elekter will merge its Swedish subsidiaries
Message
In order to simplify the coordination of sales and marketing work and the management of Swedish subsidiaries, Harju Elekter decided to merge its Swedish subsidiaries SEBAB AB and Grytek AB during 2020 into one company of Harju Elekter Group. Harju Elekter Group is a leading producer of MV/LV electrical and engineering devices in the Baltic countries and a well-known and respected manufacturer in Scandinavia. Harju Elekter’s main field of business is the development, manufacturing and sale of equipment necessary for the distribution and transmission of electric energy. The core business is supported by a sheet metal plant in Estonia and the development and leasing of industrial real estate. Harju Elekter Group’s plants in Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Lithuania employ 800 specialists, and 2019 sales revenue of the Group was 143.4 million euros.
