Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tapa sõjaväelinnaku kasarmu)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Tapa kaitseväelinnakusse 150-kohalise tegevväelaste kasarmu projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks. Lepingu maksumus on 2,7 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad 2020. aasta aprillis ja tööde üleandmine on planeeritud 2021. aasta alguseks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Barracks in the Defence Forces base in Tapa)

Nordecon AS and the Centre for Defence Investment of Estonia entered into contract for the design and construction works of the barracks for 150 active servicemen in the Defence Forces base in Tapa. The value of the contract is 2.7 million euros plus value added tax. The construction is set to begin in April this year and will be completed in the beginning of 2021.
