AS Harju Elekter esitab 2019. aasta konsolideeritud auditeeritud majandusaruande ja sõltumatu vandeaudiitori aruande, mis on kinnitatud aktsiaseltsi nõukogu poolt 27.03.2020 ning on kättesaadav NASDAQ Tallinna Börsil ja emitendi kodulehel www.harjuelekter.com Kontserni 2019. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 143,4 miljonit eurot, ärikasum 3,3 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,5 miljonit eurot ning finantstulemused ei ole võrreldes esialgsete auditeerimata tulemustega (avaldatud 21.02.2020) muutunud. 2019. a auditeeritud majandusaasta aruanne on lisatud käesolevale teatele manusena. AS Harju Elekter presents its consolidated audited Annual Report for 2019 together with Independent Auditors' Report, approved by the Supervisory Board on 27th of March 2020. The same report is available on NASDAQ Tallinn website, as well as on issuer's home page www.harjuelekter.com Consolidated sales revenue for the reporting year reached 143.4 million euros, the consolidated operating profit was 3.3 million euros and consolidated net profit 2.5 million euros. The financial results remained unchanged, compared to the preliminary disclosure on 21st of February 2020. Audited financial results for the year 2019 have been included as an attachment to this announcement.
