Information regarding extending of the share subscription.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn informs, that on 5 March 2020 the subscription of the company’s shares, started on the basis of the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting held 7 January 2020, has been completed. At the date of subscription end, no one has subscribed for company’s shares. The Management Board at the basis of authorization included in issuance resolution on 19 March 2020, adopted a resolution on the extension of the share subscription period. According to the resolution of the Management Board, the subscription shall be extended until 6 July 2020.
This report updates the information included in report 9/2020 of 6 March 2020.

Zarząd RESBUD SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu 5 marca 2020 roku zakończyła się subskrypcja akcji spółki, rozpoczęta na podstawie uchwały Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia z dnia 7 stycznia 2020 roku. Na dzień zakończenia subskrypcji, nie dokonano żadnych zapisów na akcje spółki. Zarząd zgodnie z upoważnieniem zawartym w uchwale emisyjnej w dniu 19 marca 2020 roku, powziął uchwałę dotyczącą przedłużenia okresu subskrypcji akcji. Zgodnie z uchwałą Zarządu subskrypcja zostaje przedłużona do dnia 6 lipca 2020 roku.
