Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tabasalu Kodu korterelamud)
Message
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Invego gruppi kuuluv Novamaja OÜ sõlmisid lepingu Tabasalu keskusesse rajatava Tabasalu Kodu elurajooni projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks. Elamupiirkonda ehitatakse neli kortermaja ja neli ridaelamut enam kui 102 elamuühikuga. Kogulepingu maksumus on 9 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Projekti ehitusperioodiks on kavandatud 3 aastat. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2019. aasta konsolideeritud auditeerimata müügitulu oli 234 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 690 inimesele. Construction contract (Tabasalu Kodu apartments)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Novamaja OÜ, an Invego Group company for the design and construction of Tabasalu Kodu (Tabasalu Home) apartment district in centre of Tabasalu. The district is comprised of four apartment houses and four terraced houses with more than 102 dwelling units. The value of the contract is 9 million euros without VAT. The planned construction period of the whole project is 3 years. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
