Information regarding completion of the share subscription.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn informs, that on 5 March 2020 the subscription of the company’s shares, started on the basis of the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting held 7 January 2020, has been completed. At the date of subscription end, no one has subscribed for company’s shares. The Management Board will consider extending subscription period, at the basis of authorization included in issuance resolution. In accordance with the provisions of Estonian law and resolution number 2 of 7 January 2020 of the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Management Board, within 15 days starting from the date of issuance completion, is entitled to extend period of share subscription. In the event of such a decision, the issuer shall provide information on the new subscription period in the form of a current report. From the information provided to the issuer by the persons to whom the issue of shares was addressed, they are still interested in acquiring the new shares Resbud SE. However, given that the financial year 2019 has ended, the persons who are going to subscribe for new issued shares intend in the first place to familiarize themselves with the company's annual report and then take the final investment decision.
