Muudatus kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuses ja nõukogus (SIA Merks)
Message
1. aprillil 2020 toimub muudatus AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merks juhatuses. 2012. aastast juhatuse esimehe positsioonil töötanud Oskars Ozoli?sh lahkub ettevõttest ning juhatuse esimehena asub 1. aprillil 2020 ametisse tänane SIA Merks juhatuse liige ja ehitusdirektor Andris Bishmeistars. SIA Merks juhatus jätkab üheliikmelisena. Samuti lõppevad SIA Merks osanike üldkoosoleku 11. veebruari 2020 otsuse kohaselt alates 1. aprillist 2020 senise nõukogu liikme Janis Shperbergsi volitused. SIA Merks nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelises koosseisus: Andres Trink (esimees), Tõnu Toomik ja Priit Roosimägi. SIA Merks (www.merks.lv (http://www.merks.lv)) on Läti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid ning kuulub Läti juhtivate elukondliku kinnisvara arendajate sekka. Changes in the Management and Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (SIA Merks)
Message
There will be a change in the Management Board of SIA Merks - part of AS Merko Ehitus group - as of 1 April 2020. Mr. Oskars Ozoli?sh, who has held the position of the Chairman of the Management Board since 2012, will leave the company and current Member of the Management Board and Construction Director Mr. Andris Bishmeistars will start as the new Chairman of the Management Board. The Management Board of SIA Merks will continue with one member. In addition, according to the decision of the general meeting of shareholders from 11 February 2020, the powers of the Member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Janis Shperbergs are ending as of 1 April 2020. The Supervisory Board of SIA Merks will continue with three members: Mr. Andres Trink (Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik, and Mr. Priit Roosimägi.
