?Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS tütarettevõtete Selver AS ja Tartu Kaubamaja Kinnisvara OÜ nõukogud otsustasid pikendada juhatuse liikmete volitusi. Selver AS nõukogu otsusel jätkab juhatuse liikmena Kristi Lomp, tema volitusi pikendati uueks 3-aastaseks ametiajaks alates 04.12.2019. Tartu Kaubamaja Kinnisvara OÜ nõukogu otsusel jätkab juhatuse liikmena Peeter Kütt, tema volitusi pikendati uueks 3-aastaseks ametiajaks alates 08.12.2019. Selver AS opereerib super- ja hüpermarketite ketti, mis kaupleb peamiselt toidu- ja esmatarbekaupadega. Prolongation of authorities of members of the Management Board of the subsidiaries of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS
Message
The Supervisory Boards of the subsidiaries of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, namely Selver AS and Tartu Kaubamaja Kinnisvara OÜ, have resolved to prolong the authorities of members of the Management Board. As per resolution of the Supervisory Board of AS Selver, Kristi Lomp shall continue as member of the Management Board and her term of authorities was prolonged for another 3-year term as of 4 December 2019. As per resolution of the Supervisory Board of Tartu Kaubamaja Kinnisvara OÜ, Peeter Kütt shall continue as member of the Management Board and his term of authorities was prolonged for another 3-year term as of 8 December 2019. Selver AS operates super and hypermarket chain that mostly trades with food and convenience goods.
