Lepingu sõlmimine (Kindluse kool)

Nordecon AS ja Rae vallavalitsus sõlmisid peatöövõtulepingu Järveküla alevikku uue põhikooli - Kindluse Kooli ehitamiseks. Kooli hoones on suletud netopindala 8772 m2, hoone mahutavuseks on planeeritud 870 last ja 70 õpetajat. Õppehoone on jaotatud kolmeks osaks: 2-korruselise vanema õppeastme mahu ja ühekorruselise algkooli vahel asuvad kooli südameks jäävad fuajee, söökla ning aula koos abiruumidega. Lisaks ehitatakse välja spordihoone I etapp netopindalaga 2511 m2, mille juurde rajatakse Rae valla esimene soojenduse ja kunstmurukattega jalgpallistaadion. Tööde maksumus on 13,83 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Kogu hoonetekompleksi valmimise lõpptähtaeg on 18 kuud. Construction contract (Kindluse school)

Nordecon AS signed a contract with Rae rural municipality government for the construction of the new basic school in Järveküla small town - Kindluse school. The school will have net space of 8,772 sqm with capacity planned for 870 pupils and 70 teachers. School building is divided into three sections: between a two storey section for senior stage of study and a one storey primary school section will at the heart of the school be a foyer, a canteen and an assembly hall with ancillary premises. Also, the first stage of the sports building with net space of 2,511 sqm and the first heated artificial football field in Rae municipality will be built. The value of the contract is EUR 13.83 million plus VAT. The whole complex will be completed in 18 months.
