AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti on alustanud Tallinnas Pikaliiva korteriarendusprojekti kolmanda etapi elamute ehitust, mille raames valmib 2020. aasta sügisel kokku 66 korterit kahes hoones aadressil Kaaruti 5 ja Kaaruti 6. Pikaliiva elukvartal (merko.ee/pikaliiva (https://www.merko.ee/pikaliiva/)) asub Tallinnas Haabersti linnaosas Harku järve lähistel. Arendusprojekt hõlmab kokku kümne neljakorruselise kortermaja ehitamist. Pikaliiva esimese etapi kaks elamut 66 korteriga on valmis ja teise etapi kaks elamut 50 korteriga valmivad 2020. aasta kevadel. Pikaliiva korterelamud on B energiaklassiga. Autodele rajatakse maja ümber parkimiskohad, kvartali sisehoovid haljastatakse ja sinna ehitatakse laste mänguväljak. Korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 34-84 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetrihinnad on vahemikus 2006-2460 eurot. Start of construction of the third stage of Pikaliiva residential project (Tallinn, Estonia)

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of the third stage of Pikaliiva residential development project. The completion of 66 apartments in two buildings located at Kaaruti 5 and Kaaruti 6 is scheduled for autumn 2020. Pikaliiva residential buildings (merko.ee/pikaliiva (https://merko.ee/pikaliiva/en/)) are located in Tallinn Haabersti District close to Lake Harku. The development project comprises ten four-storeyed residential buildings. Two houses of the first stage with 66 apartments are completed and two houses of the second stage with 50 apartments will be completed in spring 2020. The buildings have energy class B rating. Parking spaces will be built around the houses, greenery and children's playground will be created in the interior courtyards. The size of the apartments ranges between 34-84 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 2,006 to 2,460 euros.
