AS Baltika aktsionäride 8. oktoobril 2019.a toimunud erakorraline üldkoosolek valis ettevõtte nõukogu viiendaks liikmeks Kristjan Kotkase, kes töötab alates selle aasta aprillikuust KJK Capital Oy õigusnõunikuna. Aastatel 2011-2019 töötas Kotkas advokaadibüroos Cobalt vandeadvokaadina. Kotkasel on magistrikraadid õigusteadustes Tartu Ülikoolist ja University of Cape Town`ist. Kristjan Kotkas kuulub KJK III Participations S.a.r.l, Rondebosch OÜ, Protea Invest OÜ ja MTÜ Eesti Ragbi Liit juhatusse. Lisaks on Kotkas MTÜ Tallinna Kalev RFC president. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AS Baltika elected Kristjan Kotkas on October 8, 2019 as the fifth member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Kristjan Kotkas has been working as a General Counsel at KJK Capital Oy since April this year. During the years 2011-2019, Kotkas worked as an Attorney at Law at Cobalt Law Firm. Kotkas holds Master's degrees in Law from the University of Tartu and the University of Cape Town. Kristjan Kotkas is a member of the Management Board of KJK III Participations S.a.r.l, Rondebosch OÜ, Protea Invest OÜ and the MTÜ Eesti Ragbi Liit. In addition, Kotkas is the President of the MTÜ Tallinna Kalev RFC. Kristjan Kotkas does not own any shares of AS Baltika.
