Lepingu sõlmimine (Sillamäe rannapromenaadi ehitus)
Message
Sillamäe linnavalitsus ja Nordecon AS sõlmisid lepingu Sillamäele 640 meetri pikkuse rannapromenaadi ehituseks. Ehitustööd algavad septembris 2019 ning lõppevad 31. detsembril 2020. Projekti maksumus on 4,055 miljonit eurot, sealhulgas käibemaks. Tulevase rannapromenaadi pikkus on ligikaudu 640 meetrit ja see paikneb Mere puiestee ja sadama juurde ulatuva Veski tänava vahel. Promenaadi ja linna ühendamiseks rekonstrueeritakse üks olemasolev sild ja ehitatakse juurde kaks uut valgustusega silda. Promenaadi põhitee kaetakse projekti kohaselt klinkertellisega - tee on mõeldud jalakäijatele, jalgratturitele ja sportlastele. Promenaadi äärde ehitatakse mitmetasandiline vaatetorn, majakas, vabaõhulava, kohvik, rajatakse valgustis trepistikele ja sildadele. Promenaadile ehitatakse ka seitse valgustatud ja aurugeneraatoritega varustatud purskkaevu. Construction contract (Sillamäe seaside promenade)
Message
Sillamäe Town Government and Nordecon AS signed a contract for the construction of a 640-metre-long seaside promenade. Construction will begin in September 2019 and the work will be delivered to the customer on 31 December 2020. The value of the contract is 4.055 million euros (including VAT). The future seaside promenade will be approximately 640 metres long and will be located between Mere Boulevard and Veski Street, a street leading to the port. A bridge will be reconstructed and two new illuminated bridges will be built to connect the promenade with the city. The main street of the promenade will be covered with clinker bricks - designed for pedestrians, cyclists, and athletes. A multi-level observation tower, a lighthouse, an open-air stage, and a cafeteria will be built along the promenade, with light fixtures on stairs and bridges. The promenade will also receive seven illuminated steam fountains.
