Muudatused Admiral Markets AS juhatuse ja nõukogu koosseisus
Message
Admiral Markets AS-i nõukogu kavatseb nimetada Dmitri Laush´i ühingu juhatuse liikmeks alates 26.08.2019. Tema volitused kestavad kuni 26.08.2022. Seoses Dmitri Laush'i määramisega Admiral Markets AS juhatusse, kutsub ühingu üldkoosolek samaaegselt tagasi ta ühingu nõukogust. Muudatused juhatuses ning nõukogus on osa Admiral Markets AS-i pikaajalisest strateegiast, milles eesmärgiks on innovatsiooni kaudu toetada ettevõtte kasvu. Dmitri Laush on Admiral Markets Group AS aktsionär ja kaasasutaja ning ka varem kuulnud Admiral Markets AS juhatusse. Laush'il on Estonian Business School bakalaureusekraad rahvusvahelise ärijuhtimise erialal ning ta on omandamas magistrikraadi (Executive Global MBA) ärijuhtimises IE Ülikoolis (Madrid, Hispaania). Dmitri Laush on konsolideerimisgrupi siseselt nimetatud Admiral Markets UK Ltd, Admiral Markets Cyprus Ltd, VORLD OÜ, GetID OÜ ning AMTS Solutions OÜ juhatustesse. Samuti kuulub ta mittetulundusühingute Admiral Invest Klubi, Digitaalklubi "FX" ning MTÜ FinanceEstonia juhatustesse. Lisaks osalusele Admiral Markets Group AS-is, kuulub Dmitri Laush´ile 100% osalus ettevõtetes Laush OÜ ja Dear Innovations OÜ, 50% kaudne osalus AdmiralCrypto Investments OÜ-s ning 34,84% kaudne osalus VORLD OÜ-s ja GetID OÜ-s. Eelnevalt nimetatud ühingutes on Dmitri Laush ka juhatuse liige. Admiral Markets AS-i juhatusse hakkab alates 26.08.2022 kuuluma kolm liiget (senise kahe asemel): Sergei Bogatenkov, Dmitry Kuravkin ning Dmitri Laush. Changes in the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Admiral Markets AS
Message
The Supervisory Board of Admiral Markets AS intends to appoint Dmitri Laush as a new Management Board Member from 26.08.2019. His powers as the Management Board Member will be effective until 26.08.2022. Regarding his appointment to the Management Board, he will be simultaneously recalled from his position as the Member of the Supervisory Board. Changes to the Management Board and Supervisory Board are part of Admiral Markets AS's long-term strategy with the aim to support the growth of the company through innovation. Dmitri Laush is the shareholder and co-founder of Admiral Markets Group AS and he has also previously been a member of the Management Board of Admiral Markets AS. Dmitri Laush has a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School. He is also currently obtaining a master's degree (Executive Global MBA) in Business Administration in IE University (Madrid, Spain). Within the consolidation group, Dmitri Laush holds management positions in Admiral Markets UK Ltd, Admiral Markets Cyprus Ltd, VORLD OÜ, GetID OÜ and AMTS Solutions OÜ. He is also a Management Board Member of non-profit organisations Admiral Invest Klubi, Digitaalklubi "FX" and MTÜ FinanceEstonia. In addition holding shares in Admiral Markets Group AS, Dmitri Laush holds 100% of the shares in Laush OÜ and Dear Innovations OÜ, 50% indirect shares in AdmiralCrypto Investments OÜ and and 34.84% indirect share in VORLD OÜ and GetID OÜ. Dmitri Laush is also a Management Board Member of the aforementioned companies. Admiral Markets AS shall as of 26.08.2019 have three Management Board Members (instead of the current two): Sergei Bogatenkov, Dmitry Kuravkin and Dmitri Laush.
