Nordecon AS Börsiteade Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tallinna Linnateatri tootmiskompleks) Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv Eston Ehitus AS ning Tallinna Linnateater ja Tallinna Linnavaraamet sõlmisid lepingu Tallinnasse Suur-Sõjamäe tänavale Tallinna Linnateatri tootmiskompleksi ehitamiseks. Leping hõlmab endas olemasoleva viilhalli ja piirdeaedade lammutamist, uue hoone ehitamist ning tootmiskompleksi teenindamiseks vajalike tehnovõrkude, teede-platside, haljastuse ja piirdeaedade rajamist. Lepingu maksumus on 3,4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ja ehitustööd kestavad kuni 2020. aasta juulikuuni. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com/)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Nordecon AS Company Announcement Construction contract (Production complex of Tallinn City Theatre) Eston Ehitus AS, a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Tallinn City Theatre and City Property Department of Tallinn for the construction of production complex of Tallinn City Theatre, located Suur-Sõjamäe str, Tallinn. The agreement includes the demolition of existing portal frame building and boundary fences and construction of the new complex building as well as utility networks, roads-grounds, landscaping and fences necessary for the service of the complex. The value of the contract is 3.4 million euros plus value added tax and the construction works will be completed by July 2020.
