Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Nysäter tuulepargi tuulegeneraatorite vundamendid)
Message
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte NOBE (ärinimi Nordecon Betoon OÜ) ja Nordex Sverige AB sõlmisid lepingu Põhja-Rootsi Sundsvalli lähedusse rajatava Nysäter tuulepargi 73 tuulegeneraatori vundamendi ehituseks. Leping hõlmab endas nii betoonitöid kui ka pinnaseankrute paigaldust. Nysäter tuulepark saab olema Euroopa üks suuremaid maismaa tuuleparke koguvõimsusega 475 MW, kus lisaks esimeses etapis rajatavale 73 tuulegeneraatorile ehitatakse teises etapis täiendavad 41 tuulikut. NOBE tellija Nordex Group on maailmas suuruselt viies tuulegeneraatorite tootja ning projekti tellija Nordexilt on konsortsium Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners (CSEIP) ja Utility E.ON Climate & Renewables. NOBE lepingu maksumus on 14,7 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ja ehitustööd kestavad kuni 2020. aasta juunikuuni. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Nysäter Windfarm wind turbine foundation works)

NOBE (corporate name Nordecon Betoon OÜ), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Nordex Sverige AB for the construction of foundations for 73 wind turbines in Nysäter Windfarm wind park to be erected in Northern Sweden close to Sundsvall. The agreement includes both concrete works and ground anchor installation. Nysäter Windfarm will be one of the biggest land-based wind parks in Europe with total installed capacity of 475 MW, where in addition to 73 turbines to be erected in the first phase, another 41 turbines will be installed in the second. Nordex Group, the contractor of NOBE is the fifth biggest turbine manufacturer in the world. The project itself is owned by a fund advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners and E.ON Climate & Renewables. The value of the NOBE contract is 14.7 million euros plus value added tax and the construction works will be completed by June 2020.
