ASi Ekspress Grupp kontserni kuuluva 100%-lise tütarettevõtte SIA Bi?eshu Parad?ze üldkoosolek otsustas nimetada alates 1. augustist 2019 uueks juhatuse liikmeks ja tegevjuhiks J?nis ?uzulise. Ühtlasi otsustas osanike üldkoosolek 1. augustist 2019 ametist tagasi kutsuda senise juhatuse liikme Konstantins Kuzikovsi ning nimetada ta samast kuupäevast alates SIA Bi?eshu Parad?ze nõukogu liikmeks. Ettevõtte juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: J?nis Daube ja J?nis Kuzulis ning nõukogu neljaliikmelises koosseisus: Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (esimees), Signe Kukin, ?riks Na?ivaiko ja Konstantins Kuzikovs J?nis Kuzulise CV on lisatud teatele manusena. SIA Bi?eshu Parad?ze haldab elektroonilist piletimüügiplatvormi (bilesuparadize.lv (https://www.bilesuparadize.lv/en/)) ja piletimüügikohti, müües nende kaudu ürituste korraldajate nimel pileteid erinevatele meelelahutusüritustele. Change in the Management and Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (SIA Biļešu Paradīze)
Message
The general meeting of shareholders of SIA Bi?eshu Parad?ze - the 100% subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp - decided to nominate Mr. J?nis Kuzulis as a new Member of the Management Board and the CEO starting from 1 August 2019. The general meeting of shareholders also decided to recall Mr. Konstantins Kuzikovs from the duties of the Member of the Management Board as of 1 August 2019 and to appoint him as a Member of the Supervisory Board effective as of the same date. The Management Board of SIA Bi?eshu Parad?ze will continue with two members: J?nis Daube and J?nis Kuzulis and the Supervisory Board will continue with four members: Mrs. Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (Chairman), Mrs. Signe Kukin, Mr. ?riks Na?ivaiko and Mr. Konstant?ns Kuzikovs. Mr. Mr. J?nis Kuzulis´s CV is enclosed to the stock exchange release.
