12. juulil 2019 sõlmiti ASi Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merks ja SIA "LMH" vahel leping rahvusvahelise kõrgkooli ehituseks Lätis Bab?te maakonnas Pinkis. Tööd hõlmavad uue koolihoone ja ühiselamu ehitust. Lepingu maksumus on 10,1 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad tänavu septembris ning tööde üleandmine on plaanitud 2020. aasta augustis. Construction contract in Latvia (international college)

On 12 of July 2019, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into the construction contract with SIA "LMH" for the International College construction works in Latvia, Pi??i, Bab?tes county. The works include construction of a new college building and a dormitory. The value of the contract is 10.1 million euros, plus value added tax. Construction works will start in September this year and are scheduled for completion in August 2020.
