Harju Elekter koondab firmad ühise kaubamärgi alla
Message
ASi Harju Elekter nõukogu ja juhatus otsustasid koondada kontserni ettevõtted kaubamärgi Harju Elekter alla. Ühise logo kasutamine aitab tugevdada kontserni konkurentsivõimet ning loob lisakasu ja võimalusi turundustegevuses. Eelnevast lähtudes kinnitas AS Harju Elekter Leedu tütarettevõtte RIFAS UAB uueks ärinimeks HARJU ELEKTER UAB. Vastav kanne nime muutuse kohta tehti Leedu Äriregistris (Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities) 2. juulil 2019. Harju Elekter Grupp on juhtiv kesk- ja madalpinge elektri- ja automaatikaseadmete valmistaja Baltimaades ning tuntud ja tunnustatud tootja Skandinaavia riikides. Harju Elektri põhitegevusalaks on elektrienergia jaotuseks ja ülekandeks vajalike seadmete välja töötamine, tootmine ja müük. Põhitegevust toetavad lehtmetalltoodete tehas Eestis ning tööstuskinnisvara arendamine ja rentimine. Harju Elekter Grupi Eesti, Soome, Rootsi ja Leedu tehastes töötab 750 spetsialisti ning 2018. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 120,8 miljonit eurot. Harju Elekter brings subsidiaries under a joint trademark
Message
The Supervisory board and Management board of AS Harju Elekter decided to consolidate all of the Group’s companies under the trademark Harju Elekter. The use of a joint logo helps increase the competitiveness of the Group and creates additional benefits and possibilities in marketing activities. Based on this, AS Harju Elekter, as the sole shareholder of the Lithuanian subsidiary RIFAS UAB approved HARJU ELEKTER UAB as the new name of the company. A respective entry on the new name was made in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities on 2nd of July 2019. After launching its activities in 1968, Harju Elekter Group has developed into a leading producer of MV/LV electrical and engineering devices in the Baltic countries and a well-known and respected manufacturer in Scandinavia. Harju Elekter’s main field of business is the development, manufacturing and sale of equipment necessary for the distribution and transmission of electric energy. The main business is supported by a sheet metal plant in Estonia and the development and leasing of industrial real estate. Harju Elekter Group’s plants in Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Lithuania employ 750 specialists, and the consolidated sales revenue of 2018 was 120.8 million euros. Shares of Harju Elekter are listed on Nasdaq Tallinn.
