AS-i LHV Group AT1 võlakirjade märkimistulemused
Message
Reedel, 21. juunil, lõppes AS-i LHV Group täiendavatesse esimese taseme omavahenditesse kuuluvate võlakirjade (AT1 võlakirjade) pakkumine finantsinstitutsioonidele ja suurema investeerimisportfelliga asjatundlikele investoritele. Kokkuvõttes märgiti AT1 võlakirju 22 investori poolt summas 30,2 miljonit eurot, seega märgiti emissiooni esialgne maht 15 miljonit eurot 2 korda üle. LHV kasutas õigust suurendada emissiooni mahtu 20 miljoni euroni. 20 miljoni euro mahtu ületavaid märkimisavaldusi emitent ei rahuldanud. Investoritelt kaasatavat allutatud kapitali kasutab LHV Group esimese taseme omavahendite koosseisus Danske Banki Eesti eraklientide laenuportfelliga seotud käitise omandamise rahastamiseks ja ärimahtude suurendamiseks. Outcome of Subscription to AS LHV Group AT1 bonds
Message
The offering of AS LHV Group bonds belonging to the additional Tier 1 own funds (AT1 bonds) to financial institutions and proficient investors with a larger investment portfolio ended on Friday, 21 June. 22 investors subscribed to the bonds in the amount of EUR 30.2 million, thus the initial issue volume of EUR 15 million was oversubscribed 2 times. LHV used its right to increase the issue volume to EUR 20 million. The issuer did not satisfy subscription undertakings exceeding the EUR 20 million volume. LHV Group will use the subordinated capital raised from investors as part of Tier 1 own funds for financing the acquiring of the unit of Danske Bank involved with the loan portfolio of Estonian private clients and for expanding business volumes.
