Konkurentsiamet andis 19. juunil 2019 AS-le LHV Pank koondumisloa, mis oli üheks eelduseks AS LHV Panga ja Danske Bank A/S-i vahelisele tehingule, mille kohaselt LHV Pank omandab Danske Banki Eesti filiaali eraisikute laenudega seotud käitise (avalikustatud 3. juuni börsiteatega (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=892586&me ssageId=1123662)). AS-i LHV Group tütarettevõte AS LHV Pank ja Danske Bank A/S sõlmisid vastava ostulepingu 5. juunil 2019 (börsiteade (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=893058&me ssageId=1124264)). Tehing viiakse lõpule käesoleva aasta sügisel, mil kujunevad ka tehingu lõplik maht ja hind. Tehingu lõpule viimise viimaseks eeltingimusteks on LHV Groupi poolt täiendava kapitali kaasamine. Competition Authority grants permission to LHV Pank to acquire the unit of Danske Bank involved with Estonian private loans

On 19 June 2019, the Estonian Competition Authority has granted AS LHV Pank a concentration permit, fulfilling one of the prerequisites for the transaction between AS LHV Pank and Danske Bank A/S, according to which LHV Pank will acquire the unit of Danske Bank involved with Estonian private loans (disclosed in 3 June Market Announcement (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=892586&me ssageId=1123663)). AS LHV Pank, a subsidiary of AS LHV Group, and Danske Bank A/S signed the business transfer agreement on 5 June 2019 (Market Announcement (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=893058&me ssageId=1124265)). The transaction will be finalised in the autumn of the current year, when the final scope and price of the transaction will also be determined. The remaining prerequisite for finalising the transaction is raising additional capital for LHV Group.
