Tallinna Linnavalitsus võttis 12.06.2019 vastu Arco Vara tütarfirmale Kodulahe II OÜ kuuluva, aadressil Paldiski mnt 74 asuva krundi detailplaneeringu. Paldiski mnt 74 kinnistu suurus on 9793 m(2) ja oodatav brutoehitusmaht (GBA) on 11700 m(2). Detailplaneeringu vastuvõtmisega kinnitas Tallinna Linnavalitsus, et detailplaneering vastab õigusaktidele ja linna ruumilise arengu eesmärkidele. Detailed spatial plan for the neighbouring land plot of Kodulahe has been approved
Message
On June 12, 2019, Tallinn City Council approved the detailed spatial plan of the land plot that belongs to the subsidiary of Arco Vara AS, Kodulahe II OÜ, and is located at Paldiski mnt 74 in Tallinn. The size of the land plot is 9739 m(2) and the expected GBA is 11700 m(2). By approving the detailed plan, Tallinn City Council confirmed that the plan is in conformity with the relevant legislation and with the spatial development objectives of the city municipality. The process will continue with the public display of the detailed spatial plan which will be arranged by Tallinn City Council.
