Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Raitinkartano kaubanduskeskuse ja kortermaja betoonkonstruktsioonid)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluva ettevõtte NOBE (ärinimi Nordecon Betoon OÜ) Soomes registreeritud tütarettevõte NOBE Rakennus OY sõlmis alltöövõtulepingu Fira OY- ga Raitinkartano kaubanduskeskuse ja kortermaja betoonkonstruktsioonide ehitamiseks aadressile Länsituuli 10, Espoos Soomes. Rajatav kaubanduskeskus ja kortermaja tuleb kolme maa-aluse ja üheksa maapealse korrusega ning selles saab esimesel viiel korrusel olema 9 000 m2 kaubanduspinda ning järgneval seitsmel korrusel asuvad korterid. Lepingu maksumus on 7,6 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Hoone betoonkonstruktsioonid valmivad 2020. aasta augustis. NOBE Rakennus Oy, a Finnish subsidiary of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE) - a Nordecon Group company - and Fira Oy entered into a contract for the building of concrete constructions of Raitinkartano shopping centre and apartment building at Länsituuli 10, Espoo, Finland. The shopping centre and apartment building will have three underground and nine above ground floors with 9,000 sqm of shopping space on first five floors plus apartments on the seven floors above. The value of the contract is 7.6 million euros without VAT. The concrete constructions will be completed in August 2020.
