Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Mapri Ehitus OÜ konsortsium sõlmis lepingu ettevõttega Reterra Estate OÜ Raadimõisa Kodu kortermajade esimese etapi projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks aadressil Raadiraja 18 ja 20, Tartu. Esimene etapp hõlmab kahe hoone ehitust kogumahuga 64 korterit. Kokku saab Raadimõisa Kodu arenduses olema kaheksa kortermaja. Esimese etapi maksumus on 3,92 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta ning see valmib 2020. aasta aprillis. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Raadimõisa Kodu apartment houses)

A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Mapri Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with Reterra Estate OÜ for the design and construction of the first phase of Raadimõisa Kodu apartment houses located at Raadiraja 18 and 20, Tartu. The first phase is comprised of the construction of two buildings with total of 64 apartments. The total volume of Raadimõisa Kodu development will be eight apartment houses. The value of the first phase is 3.92 million euros without VAT and it will be completed in April 2020.
