Vahur Vallistu valiti LHV Varahalduse juhatuse liikmeks

Vastavalt 27. mail avalikustatud börsiteatele (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=891759&me ssageId=1122571), võttis AS-i LHV Group tütarettevõtte AS-i LHV Varahaldus nõukogu 5. juunil 2019 vastu otsuse, mille kohaselt valiti Vahur Vallistu LHV Varahalduse juhatuse liikmeks alates 6. juunist 2019 volituste tähtajaga viis aastat. Vastavalt viidatud nõukogu otsusele lõpevad ettevõtte senise juhi Mihkel Oja juhatuse liikme volitused 19. juunil 2019. Pärast seda kuulub ettevõtte juhatusse kaks liiget. LHV Group on suurim kodumaine finantskontsern ja kapitali pakkuja Eestis. LHV Groupi peamised tütarettevõtted on LHV Pank ja LHV Varahaldus. LHV-s töötab üle 410 inimese. Vahur Vallistu was appointed as Management Board Member of LHV Varahaldus

As stated in the stock exchange announcement published on 27 May (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=891759&me ssageId=1122570), the supervisory board of AS LHV Varahaldus, a subsidiary of AS LHV Group, passed a decision on 5 June 2019 appointing Vahur Vallistu a management board member of AS LHV Varahaldus as of 6 June 2019 for a five year term. Pursuant to the aforementioned decision of the supervisory board, the term of Mihkel Oja as a management board member shall be terminated on 19 June 2019. After that the management board shall consist of two members. LHV Group is the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia.
