AS LHV GROUP ALLUTATUD VÕLAKIRJADE PÕHIPROSPEKTI TEISE LISA REGISTREERIMINE
Message
AS LHV Group teavitab teise lisa registreerimisest 29.10.2018 allutatud võlakirjade programmi põhiprospektile (Põhiprospekt) Finantsinspektsiooni juhatuse poolt. Põhiprospekti teises lisas kajastatakse kavandatava Danske Bank A/S Eesti filiaali eraisikute laenuüksuse omandamise informatsiooni ning täpsustatakse vastavalt ka Põhiprospekti alusel pakutavate allutatud võlakirjade pakkumise põhjuseid ning tulu kasutamist ja kajastatakse muid hiljutisi sündmusi, millest on investoreid börsi vahendusel eelnevalt teavitatud. Eelnevast tulenevalt on täiendatud ka 22.05.2019 väljakuulutatud ja vahemikus 05.06.2019-21.06.2019 toimuva AS-i LHV Group allutatud võlakirjade avaliku pakkumise (Pakkumine) lõplike tingimuste kokkuvõtte elemente D2 ja E2b ning eesti keelse kokkuvõtte elemente D2 ja E2b. Põhiprospekti teine lisa koos eesti keelse kokkuvõttega on avalikustatud ning need on elektroonilises vormis kättesaadavad LHV veebilehel aadressil https://investor.lhv.ee/ ja Finantsinspektsiooni veebilehel aadressil https://www.fi.ee/. Lisaks eelnevale on Põhiprospekti teine lisa kättesaadav Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi infosüsteemi kaudu. REGISTRATION OF SUPPLEMENT NO 2 TO THE BASE PROSPECTUS OF AS LHV GROUP SUBORDINATED BONDS

AS LHV Group informs about registration of Supplement No 2 to the base prospectus of the subordinated bond programme 29.10.2018 (the Base Prospectus) by the Management Board of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. Supplement 2 to the Base Prospectus includes information on the intended acquisition of the Danske Bank A/S Estonian branch's private loan unit and also respectively specifies the reasons for the offering of subordinated bonds offered under the Base Prospectus and the use of proceeds, and covers other recent events, which the investors have been previously informed of via the stock exchange. Consequently, elements D2 and E2b of the summary of the final terms and conditions of the public offering of AS LHV Group subordinated bonds announced on 22.05.2019 and to be carried out during the period of 05.06.2019-21.06.2019 (Offering) and elements E2b and D2 of the Estonian summary have also been supplemented. Supplement II to the Base Prospectus, together with its' Estonian summary have been published and these are available in electronic format on LHV's website at https://investor.lhv.ee/ and on the website of the Financial Supervision Authority at https://www.fi.ee/. In addition to the above, Supplement II to the Base Prospectus is available through the information system of Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.
