Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) sõlmis lepingu Kaamos Ehitus OÜ-ga büroo- ja parkimismaja betoon-kandekarkassi projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks aadressile Veskiposti tn. 2, Tallinn. Tegemist on esimese 12-korruselise büroohoonega uues Avala kvartalis, pindalaga 14 483 m². Hoone külgneb ühekorruselise 87 parkimiskohaga maa-aluse parklaga, pindalaga 2 897 m². Lepingu maksumus on 3,01 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Tööd valmivad 2020. aasta veebruaris. Construction contract (Veskiposti 2 parking house and office building concrete framework)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Kaamos Ehitus OÜ for the design and construction of the concrete bearing framework for the parking house and office building located Veskiposti 2, Tallinn. It will be the first 12-storey office building with space of 14,483 sqm in the new Avala quarter adjacent to which one-storey parking house with an underground level with the space of 2,897 sqm and 87 parking spaces will be built. The value of the contract is 3.01 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in February 2020.
