AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv UAB Merko statyba ja UAB ?Neringos viesbutis" sõlmisid lisalepingu 18. augustil 2017 sõlmitud lepingule, Neringa hotelli rekonstrueerimis- ja renoveerimistööde teostamiseks aadressil Gedimino avenüü 23, Vilnius. Lisalepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööde valmimine on plaanitud 2020. aasta keskel. Amendment to construction contract in Lithuania (reconstruction of Neringa hotel in Vilnius)

UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and UAB "Neringos viesbutis" have signed an amendment to the 18 August 2017 contract of the reconstruction and renovation works of the Neringa hotel building, located at Gedimino ave. 23, Vilnius. The value of amended works is over EUR 5 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to complete in the middle of 2020.
