Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 06.05.2019. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei oma aktsiad omandanud isik eesõigust märkida uusi aktsiaid. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS (trading code EFT1T, ISIN kood EE3100127242) will close the list of shareholders entitled to subscribe for new shares on the basis of the resolution of the general meeting of 17.04.2019, on 07.05.2019 at the end of the working day of the settlement system. Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is 06.05.2019. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to use the pre-emptive right to subscribe for the new shares.
