Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS (väärtpaberi lühinimi TKM1T, ISIN kood EE0000001105) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja dividendi maksmiseks (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=880653&me ssageId=1108421) 04.04.2019 Nasdaq CSD Eesti arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 03.04.2019. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2018. majandusaasta eest. Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS maksab dividendi 0,71 eurot aktsia kohta 12.04.2019. Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS (trading code TKM1T, ISIN code EE0000001105) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=880653&me ssageId=1108420) on 4 April 2019 at the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD Estonian Settlement System. Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is 3 April 2019. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2018.
