13.03.2019.a toimunud AS-i LHV Group (edaspidi Grupp) aktsionäride üldkoosolekul nimetati audiitor uueks perioodiks. 19.03.2019.a otsustasid konsolideerimisgruppi kuuluvad ettevõtted AS LHV Pank, AS LHV Varahaldus ja AS LHV Finance nimetada 2020.-2022. aasta majandusaasta audiitoriks KPMG Baltics OÜ (registrikood 10096082). On 13.03.2019 the annual general meeting of shareholders of AS LHV Group appointed an auditor for a new period. On 19.03.2019 the companies that belong to the LHV Group consolidation group AS LHV Pank, AS LHV Varahaldus and AS LHV Finance decided to appoint KPMG Baltics OÜ (registry code 10096082) as the auditor for the financial years 2020-2022.
