Ehitusleping Eestis (Sindi alajaama laiendus, Pärnumaa)

5. märtsil 2019. a sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Infra ja Elering AS vahel ehitusleping Sindi 330 kV alajaama laiendamiseks. Lepingu raames ehitatakse Sindi alajaama uus 330 kV liinilahter, rajatakse jõutrafo vundament ning paigaldatakse 330 kV trafo ja 20 kV reaktorid. Tööd teostatakse ?võtmed kätte" meetodil, mis hõlmavad projekteerimis- ja ehitustöid ning seadmete tarnet, paigaldust, testimist ja seadistamist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 2,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd valmivad 2020. aasta lõpuks. AS Merko Infra teostab kesk- ja kõrgepinge alajaamade ja liinide projekteerimise, seadistamise ja ehitamise töid, lisaks kuulub põhitegevuse hulka vee-, kanalisatsiooni- ja gaasitorustike välisvõrkude ehitamine, kanalisatsioonipumplate paigaldamine ning sadeveesüsteemide ehitamine ja renoveerimine. Construction contract in Estonia (extension of Sindi substation, Pärnu county)

On 5 March 2019, AS Merko Infra, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Elering AS entered into a contract for the extension of Sindi 330 kV substation. The Sindi substation will be complemented with an additional 330 kV line bay, the foundation for power transformer will be built, a new 330 kV transformer and 20 kV reactors will be installed. The works will be conducted as a turn-key project, including the design and construction, equipment delivery, installation, testing and commissioning works. The contract value is approximately EUR 2.3 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020. AS Merko Infra´s is engaged in designing, setting up and building medium- and high-voltage substations and electrical lines. Additionally, the company's main activities include building external networks of water, sewerage and gas pipelines, installing sewerage pump rooms and constructing and renovating storm water systems.
