Ehitushankel edukaks tunnistamine (E-Piima piimatööstuse uus tehas)
Message
AS E-Piim Tootmine on oma uue rajatava tehase ehitushankel tunnistanud edukaks Nordecon ASi pakkumuse. Pooled on alustanud lepingu sõlmimise osas läbirääkimisi. Ehitustööd algavad 2019. a. suvel, tehas valmib 2021. sügisel. Projekti maksumus on ligi 29 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Uusehitusena Paidesse rajatava tehasehoone kompleksi koosseisu kuuluvad kahekorruseline administratiivhoone, ühekordses mahus tootmispind ning seitsmekorruseline pulbritööstuse hooneosa. Kompleksi kasulik pind on 30 589 m2. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Procurement preferred bidder announcement (Construction of E-Piim new dairy)

The tender of Nordecon AS was declared successful in the procurement for the construction of the new dairy of E-Piim. Nordecon AS and AS E-Piim Tootmine have now commenced the precontractual negotiations. Construction activities will start in the summer of 2019, and the new dairy will be completed in the autumn of 2021. Cost of the project is close to 29 million euros, VAT excluded. The new dairy will be built in Paide and the complex will consist of a two- storey administrative building, one-storey production space and a seven-storey section for the milk powder production. Total useful space of the complex is 30,589 sqm.
