Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Jõhvi sõjaväelinnaku kasarmu)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid lepingu Jõhvi sõjaväelinnaku 300-kohalise kasarmu projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks. Ehitustööd hõlmavad ka nõrkvoolusüsteemide projekteerimist ja ehitustöid, staabihoone rekonstrueerimistöid ning Sirgala telkimisala parendustöid. Lepingu maksumus on 4,6 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad selle aasta veebruaris ning valmivad 2020. aasta mais. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Jõhvi Army Base barracks)

Nordecon AS and the Centre for Defence Investment of Estonia entered into contract for the design and construction works of the barracks for 300 people in the Jõhvi Army Base. The works also include the design and construction of weak- current systems, the reconstruction of the headquarters building, and the improvement of the Sirgala camping area. The value of the contract is 4.6 million euros plus value added tax. The construction is set to begin in February this year and will be completed in May 2020.
