Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluva ettevõtte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Mapri Ehitus OÜ konsortsium sõlmis lepingu Reterra Estate OÜ ja Invego OÜ-ga Tallinnasse Suur-Patarei ja Jahu tänava nurgale kolme- ja viiekorruselisest hoonest koosneva bürookompleksi ehituseks, mille brutopinnaks saab olema 4 800 m². Lepingu maksumus on ligi 6 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Hooned valmivad 2020. aasta alguses. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Construction contract (Jahu 4 office buildings)

A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Mapri Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with Reterra Estate OÜ and Invego OÜ for the construction of the 4,800 sqm office complex consisting of three and five storey buildings located on the corner of Jahu and Suur-Patarei street in Tallinn. The value of the contract is close to 6 million euros plus value added tax. The buildings will be completed in the beginning of 2020. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine, Finland and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
