Admiral Markets AS avaldas 29.08.2018 börsiteate krediidiasutuse tegevusloa taotlemisest. Seoses muutunud väliskeskkonnaga, sellest tuleneva mõjuga krediidiasutuste tegevuskeskkonnale ning vajadusega kohandada krediidiasutuse tegevusloa taotlemisega seotud äriplaani, otsustas Admiral Markets AS 09.01.2019 tegevusloa taotlusest loobuda ja esitas Eesti Finantsinspektsioonile vastavasisulise avalduse, mille inspektsioon rahuldas 16.01.2019. Admiral Markets AS leiab, et krediidiasutuste tegevusloa alusel osutatavate teenuste efektiivsuse huvides on otstarbekas ajakohastada ja täiendada tegevusloa taotlemisega seotud äriplaani. Admiral Markets AS peab võimalikuks, et tegevusloa taotluse tagasivõtmise järel esitab Admiral Markets AS uue taotluse krediidiasutuse tegevusloa saamiseks, seda pärast vajalike muudatuste tegemist. Krediidiasutuse tegevusloa taotluse tagasivõtmine ei mõjuta Admiral Markets AS-i praegust tegevust, investeerimisteenuste ja investeerimiskõrvalteenuste osutamist. Admiral Markets AS: regarding the application for the credit institution licence
Message
On 29.08.2018, Admiral Markets AS published a stock exchange announcement regarding the application for a credit institution's license. In connection with the changed external environment, its subsequent impact on the business environment of credit institutions and the need to adjust the business plan related to the application for a credit institution's license, Admiral Markets AS decided on 09.01.2019 to withdraw the license application and submitted a corresponding application to the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority, the Supervision Authority accepted this application on 16.01.2019. Admiral Markets AS finds that, in the interests of the efficiency of services provided under a credit institution's license, it is expedient to update and amend the business plan related to the license application. Admiral Markets AS considers it possible that after the withdrawal of the license application, Admiral Markets AS will submit a new application for a credit institution license after making the necessary changes. The withdrawal of the credit institution's license application does not affect the current operations of Admiral Markets AS, the provision of investment services and investment ancillary services.
