Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tapa kaitseväelinnaku komplekteerimisala ehitus)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid lepingu Tapa linnas Loode 35 asuva kaitseväe Tapa linnaku komplekteerimisala rajamiseks. Ehitustööde hulka kuuluvad erinevad hooned ja rajatised, näiteks universaalhallid majutuseks, toitlustamiseks, tehnika remontimiseks, aga ka teed, platsid, telkimisplatsid, estakaadid jmt. Projekti maksumus on 10,7 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad selle aasta jaanuaris ning valmivad 2020. aasta jaanuaris. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Assembly area in the Defence Forces base in Tapa)

Nordecon AS and the Centre for Defence Investment of Estonia entered into contract for services for the construction of an assembly area in the Defence Forces base in Loode 35, Tapa. The works include the construction of various buildings and structures, such as universal halls for accommodation, catering, and for repairing technology, as well as roads, camping areas, trestles etc. The value of the contract is 10.7 million euros plus value added tax. The construction is set to begin in January this year and will be completed in January 2020.
