28. detsembril 2018 jaotas AS Tallink Grupp oma aktsiaid, mis konverteeriti Soome väärtpaberite hoidmistunnistusteks (inglise keeles: Finnish share depositary receipts - ?FDR-id"), Tallink Silja Oy ja Tallink Silja AB töötajatele, kes osalesid täiendaval Tallink Silja Oy ja Tallink Silja AB valitud töötajatele suunatud FDR-ide boonusprogrammis, millest teavitati 4. detsembri 2018 börsiteatega (?täiendav FDR-ide boonusprogramm"). Selts jaotas FDR-e kokku 19 Tallink Silja Oy ja Tallink Silja AB töötajale. Iga töötaja sai 750 FDR-i. Selle tulemusena jaotas Selts kokku 14 250 FDR-i nendele töötajatele kooskõlas täiendava FDR-ide boonusprogrammiga. Käesoleva teate avaldamise seisuga ei oma AS Tallink Grupp ühtegi aktsiat ja omab 16 500 FDR-i. Distribution of own shares
Message
On 28 December 2018 AS Tallink Grupp has distributed its own shares converted to
Finnish share depositary receipts (the "FDRs") to the employees of Tallink Silja
Oy and Tallink Silja AB who participated in the additional FDR reward program
for the selected group of employees of Tallink Silja Oy and Tallink Silja AB
announced with the stock exchange release dated 4 December 2018 ("additional FDR
reward program").
The Company has allocated FDRs to 19 employees of Tallink Silja Oy and Tallink
Silja AB. Each such employee received 750 FDRs. As a result, the Company
distributed in total 14 250 FDRs to these employees pursuant to the additional
FDR reward program.
As of the date of this announcement, AS Tallink Grupp holds no own shares and
16 500 own FDRs.
