30. novembril 2018 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv Peritus Entreprenør AS ja Markveien 4 AS lepingu büroohoone projekteerimiseks ja renoveerimiseks aadressil Møllergata tn 23-25, Oslo. Leping hõlmab vana büroohoone renoveerimist ja rekonstrueerimist uueks kaasaegseks büroohooneks. Tööd sisaldavad katuse ehitust, siselahenduste muudatusi ning tehnilise varustuse paigaldamist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 3,6 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad 2018. aasta detsembris ja valmivad 2019. aasta juulis. Peritus Entreprenør AS (peritus-entreprenor.no (http://peritus-entreprenor.no/)) on Norra ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üldehitustöid. Ettevõte kuulub AS Merko Ehitus kontserni alates 2016. aastast. Construction contract in Norway (office building in Oslo)

On 30 November 2018, Peritus Entreprenør AS, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Markveien 4 AS entered into a contract for the design and renovation of an office building located at Møllergata st. 23-25 in Oslo. The contract includes renovation and reconstruction of an old existing office building into a new modern office building. The works include roof construction, internal layout changes and installation of technical equipment. The contract value is approximately EUR 3.6 million, plus value added tax. The works will be performed from December 2018 until July 2019. Peritus Entreprenør AS (peritus-entreprenor.no (http://peritus-entreprenor.no/)) is a Norwegian construction company, which offers construction services in general construction.
