AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks on alustanud Merks Viesturd?zs korteriarendusprojekti ehitust Riia kesklinnas. Projekt hõlmab kolme kortermaja kokku ligikaudu 350 korteriga. 96 korteriga esimene hoone aadressil R?pniec?base tn 25 valmib 2020. aasta esimeses pooles. Merks Viesturd?rzs (www.merksviesturdarzs.lv (http://www.merksviesturdarzs.lv)) kortermajad on A energiaklassiga. Igal korteril on rõdu või terrass. Majade hoovis asub laste mänguväljak ning maa-aluses parklas on võimalik paigaldada ka elektriautode laadimiskoht. Korterite suurused on alates 36-42-ruutmeetristest ühetoalistest kuni avarate 100-140-ruutmeetriste neljatoaliste ja läbi kahe korruse asuvate 130-ruutmeetriste korteriteni. Korterite ruutmeetrihinnad on vahemikus 2400-3200 eurot. Start of construction of Merks Viesturdārzs residential project (Riga, Latvia)

SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of Merks Viesturd?rzs residential project in the city center of Riga. The project consists of three residential buildings with around 350 apartments in total, the first building with 96 apartments at R?pniec?bas street 25 will be completed in the first half of 2020. Merks Viesturd?rzs (www.merksviesturdarzs.lv (http://www.merksviesturdarzs.lv)?) buildings will have energy class A. Each apartment will have a balcony or terrace. There will be kids' playground in the yard and underground parking with a possibility to install a charging point for electric cars. The size of apartments ranges from 36-42 square metre studios to spacious 100-140 square metre four-room and 130 square metre two-storey apartments. The price per square metre ranges from 2,400 to 3,200 euros.
