AS Tallink Grupp ("Selts" või "Tallink") teatab, et Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd ("Nasdaq
Helsinki börs") kinnitas täna AS-i Tallink Grupp noteerimistaotluse. Kõik
nõusolekud Nasdaq Helsinki börsilt ja Soome finantsinspektsioonilt seoses
teisese noteerimisega Nasdaq Helsinki börsil on nüüd olemas ja Soome väärtpaberi
hoidmistunnistustega (inglise keeles: Finnish share depositary receipts - ?FDR-
id") kauplemine algab eeldatavalt Nasdaq Helsinki börsil 3. detsembril 2018.
?Meil on väga hea meel, et Nasdaq Helsinki kinnitas täna Tallink Grupi avalduse
seltsi aktsiate teiseseks noteerimiseks Helsingi börsil. Oleme väga rahul
sellega, et oleme saavutanud endale selle aasta kevadel seatud eesmärgi
teiseseks noteerimiseks ning teinud Soome investoritele ning neile
investoritele, kes eelistavad investeerida läbi Helsingi börsi lihtsamaks
Tallinki ja Silja Line'i kaubamärkidesse investeerimise. See samm oli meie
ettevõtte arenguloos loogiline järgmine samm ning tugevdab kahtlemata meie kahe
koduturu omavahelisi sidemeid veelgi," lausus AS-i Tallink Grupp juhatuse
esimees Paavo Nõgene.
Nagu teavitati 19. novembril 2018 on Nordea Bank Abp (FDR-ide agent (inglise
keeles: issuer agent)) loobunud küsimast perioodi jooksul kuni 29. novembrini
2018 kell 18.00 Soome aja järgi (?FDR-ide Tasuta Konverteerimisperiood") Seltsi
aktsionäridelt 120 euro suurust konverteerimistasu, mis kohaldub aktsiate FDR-
ideks konverteerimisele, tingimusel, et FDR-ide Tasuta Konverteerimisperioodi ei
pikendata. FDR-ide Tasuta Konverteerimisperioodi jookusl pakutakse ühte tasuta
konverteerimist ühe väärtpaberikonto kohta. Aktsionäride oma teenuseosutajate
tasud kohalduvad endiselt.

AS Tallink Grupp announces the approval of the listing application by Nasdaq Helsinki and expects trading in FDRs to commence on 3 December 2018

AS Tallink Grupp (the "Company" or "Tallink") announces that Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd
("Nasdaq Helsinki") has today approved the listing application of AS Tallink
Grupp. All of the approvals from Nasdaq Helsinki and the Finnish Financial
Supervisory Authority required for the secondary listing on Nasdaq Helsinki have
now been received, and trading in the Finnish share depositary receipts of the
Company (the "FDRs") on Nasdaq Helsinki is expected to commence on 3 December
2018.

the secondary listing of Tallink Grupp's shares on the Helsinki stock exchange.
It is very satisfying to reach the goal we set for ourselves earlier this year
to achieve this listing and to make investing into Tallink and Silja Line brands
easier for Finnish investors and those investors who prefer to invest via Nasdaq
Helsinki. This was the logical next step for our company on our development
journey and one that will strengthen the ties between two of our key markets
even further," Paavo Nõgene, CEO of AS Tallink Grupp said.
As announced on 19 November 2018, Nordea Bank Abp (issuer agent for the FDRs)
has agreed not to charge the conversion fees from the Company's shareholders
resulting from the conversion of their shares into FDRs, amounting to EUR 120,
for a period continuing until 29 November 2018 at 6.00 pm Finnish time (the
"Free FDR Conversion Period"), provided that the Free FDR Conversion Period is
not extended. One free conversion per securities account will be offered during
the Free FDR Conversion Period. Shareholders' own service providers' fees will
still apply.
