Northern Horizon Capital AS plaanib Baltic Horizon Fondi uute osakute mitteavalikku pakkumist novembris ja detsembris 2018. Mitteavalik pakkumine on suunatud institutsionaalsetele investoritele valitud Euroopa riikides. Eesmärk on kaasata Fondile kuni 20 miljoni euro ulatuses kapitali uute investeeringute tegemiseks vastavalt Fondi investeerimispoliitikale. Uued osakud lastakse välja hinnaga, mis on võrdne Fondi osaku viimase puhasväärtusega (NAV).
