16. oktoobril 2018. a sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv Peritus Entreprenør AS ja Dula GU GmbH lepingu Tesla teeninduskeskuse projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks aadressil Karihaugveieni tn 100, Oslo. Leping hõlmab varasema logistikahoone renoveerimist ja rekonstrueerimist Tesla elektriautode teeninduskeskuseks. Tööd sisaldavad fassaadi paigaldust ja siselahenduste muudatusi, samuti tehnilise varustuse paigaldamist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 4,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad 2018. aasta oktoobris ja valmivad 2019. aasta aprillis. Peritus Entreprenør AS (peritus-entreprenor.no (http://peritus-entreprenor.no/)) on Norra ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üldehitustöid. Ettevõte kuulub AS Merko Ehitus kontserni alates 2016. aastast. Construction contract in Norway (Tesla service centre in Oslo)

On 16 October 2018, Peritus Entreprenør AS, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Dula GU GmbH entered into a contract for the design and construction of a Tesla service centre situated at Karihaugveien st. 100 in Oslo. The contract includes renovation and reconstruction of a former logistics building into a service centre for Tesla electric cars. The works include construction of the façade, internal layout changes and installation of technical equipment. The contract value is approximately EUR 4.5 million, plus value added tax. The works will be performed from October 2018 until April 2019. Peritus Entreprenør AS (peritus-entreprenor.no (http://peritus-entreprenor.no/)) is Norwegian construction company, which offers construction services in general construction.
