Tallinn, Eesti, 10.10.2018 Admiral Markets AS annab teada kavatsusest kutsuda alates 31.10.2018 tagasi Poola Vabariigi filiaali juht Adam Narczewski ning nimetada algusega 01.11.2018 filiaali uueks juhiks Artur Miko?ajczyk. Artur Miko?ajczyk on lõpetanud Poolas Varssavi Ülikooli õigusteaduse erialal ning on aastatel 2014 - 2018 töötanud erinevatel positsioonidel Poolas, Ungaris (sh Ungari üksuse juhina) ja Küprosel Spot Capital Markets LTD-s ning krediidispetsialistina Strefa Finansów Prestige LLC-s. Artur Miko?ajczyk ei kuulu teiste äriühingute juhtorganitesse. "Artur Miko?ajczyk toob ettevõttesse kliendikesksemat oskusteavet, mis aitab suurendada juhtimistasandi efektiivsust," ütles Admiral Markets AS-i juhatuse esimees Sergei Bogatenkov. Samuti annab Admiral Markets AS teada, et ettevõtte üldkoosolek kavatseb kinnitada äriühingu 2018. majandusaasta audiitoriks juba viimasel kahel aastal ettevõtet auditeerinud audiitorettevõtte Aktsiaselts PricewaterhouseCoopers (registrikood: 10142876). Tallinn, Estonia, 10.10.2018 Admiral Markets AS is hereby announcing its intention to recall the Polish branch director Adam Narczewski as of 31.10.2018. Admiral Markets AS is also appointing Artur Miko?ajczyk as the new director of the branch as of 01.11.2018. Artur Miko?ajczyk graduated from the University of Warsaw, Poland, in the field of law. Between 2014 and 2018 he worked in various positions in Poland, Hungary (i.e. as the Country Manager of Hungarian unit) and Cyprus in Spot Capital Markets LTD, also as a Loan specialist for Strefa Finansów Prestige LLC. Artur Miko?ajczyk does not belong to directorships of any other companies. "Artur Miko?ajczyk is supplementing the company with client-oriented know-how, which helps to enhance the effectiveness of the management level", said Sergei Bogatenkov, the CEO of Admiral Markets AS. Admiral Markets AS is also announcing that the General Meeting of shareholders of Admiral Markets AS is planning to appoint the auditing company Aktsiaselts PricewaterhouseCoopers (registration code: 10142876), which has audited the company for the past two years, as the auditor of the Company for the 2018 financial year. The remuneration of the auditor will be paid according to the contract to be entered into with the auditor.
