Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) sõlmis lepingu Technopolis Ülemiste AS'iga parkimismaja projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks Ülemiste City linnakusse aadressile Sepapaja 1. Rajatav parkimismaja tuleb ühe maa-aluse ja viie maapealse korrusega ning selles saab olema üle 540 parkimiskoha. Lepingu maksumus on 4,25 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Hoone valmib 2019. aasta oktoobris. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Construction contract (Ülemiste City parking house)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Technopolis Ülemiste AS for the design and construction of a parking house located Sepapaja 1 in Ülemiste City. The parking house will have one underground and five above ground floors and will accommodate over 540 parking spaces. The value of the contract is 4.25 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in October 2019.
