AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti on alustanud Tartus aadressil Päeva 5, Pargi 13 ja Pargi 15 Tähepargi kodude teise ja viimase etapi ehitust, mille raames valmib 2019. aasta sügisel kolm kortermaja kokku 19 korteriga. Tähepargi elukvartalisse (merko.ee/tahepargi (http://www.merko.ee/tahepargi)) ehitatakse B-energiaklassiga kahe- kuni kolmekorruselised korterelamud. Igas majas on 6-7 korterit. Kogu kvartali parkimine on viidud maa alla. Hoonete ümbrus haljastatakse ja kvartali sisehoovi rajatakse laste mänguala. Arendusprojekti teises etapis valmivate korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 39-107 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetrite hinnad vahemikku 2750-3300 eurot. Start of the construction of Tähepargi residential development project 2nd stage (Tartu, Estonia)

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of Tähepargi residential development project's second and final stage, located at Päeva 5, Pargi 13 and Pargi 15 in Tartu. The second stage comprises three residential buildings with a total of 19 apartments. The buildings will be completed in autumn 2019. Tähepargi energy class B residential buildings (merko.ee/tahepargi/en (http://www.merko.ee/tahepargi/en/)) have 2-3 storeys and 6-7 apartments in each building. Car park will be built on an underground level. Green areas and a children's play area will be created in the courtyards of the quarter. The size of the apartments of the second stage ranges between 39-107 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 2,750 to 3,300 euros.
